Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients in conversations to assess financial priorities and recommend banking solutions, focusing on deposits, loans and lines of credit.
• Identify client deposit and borrowing needs, guide options, open accounts, and take loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals and bank products.
• Recognize opportunities to deepen relationships and refer to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking.
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Instruct and coach associates on sales, referrals, products and services as needed.
• Support the teller line to minimize wait times and perform transactions as needed.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve issues.
• Attend training and meetings to grow product knowledge; assist with on-the-job training and audits.
