• Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guiding options and opening accounts.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals and bank products.
• Refer clients to bank partners for mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking options.
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, and product knowledge to maintain a high-performing culture.
