Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend products.
• Open and process new deposit accounts including savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist clients with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
• Research and resolve client inquiries on account status.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend meetings and training to enhance product knowledge and compliance.
