Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactive sales engagement with clients to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Grow deposits and loan activity; guide clients through options; open accounts and take loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals.
• Make referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking teams.
• Conduct regular outreach calls to clients and prospects with tailored solutions.
• Support sales culture by coaching associates on sales and service.
