First Horizon Bank is seeking a personable Teller to support daily banking operations at our North Carolina location. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and basic platform services while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

You will identify client needs, cross-sell products, and assist with loan applications. Strong customer service and cash handling skills are essential, with compliance to banking policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of Teller experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products and refer clients to partners.

Responsabilités

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service.
• Identify client needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate bank products.
• Open and process new deposits and accounts including savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to grow relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients during campaigns and promotions.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
