Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill deposit and loan needs; open deposit accounts and process loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals and promote referrals to other bank services.
• Support sales culture by coaching associates on referrals, products and services.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure excellent service.
• Assist with training of new associates and participate in meetings to promote sales and service.
