Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Regular staff member to provide exceptional client service in person and by phone, while developing and expanding client relationships and offering financial solutions. The role may include cross-training for teller duties as needed.

Responsibilities include advanced client service, sales, consultative conversations, referral to specialists, and adherence to policies. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
• SAFE compliance within 30 days and NMLS background check
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Travel flexibility for temporary staffing or locale changes
• Weekend/extended hours availability

Responsibilities

• Exhibits advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and sales across deposit, credit, and service lines
• Contributes to meeting/exceeding client service and branch sales targets by expanding and retaining relationships
• Conducts consultative conversations and refers complex needs to internal specialists
• Participates in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training
• Advises on consumer lending options and processes loan applications
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies
• Delivers consistent client service with courteous interactions and needs discovery
