Truist is seeking a Regular Clerk/Client Service Associate to deliver excellent client service in person and by phone, develop relationships, and cross-train for teller duties. You will expand client relationships, refer to specialists, and contribute to branch goals, while maintaining compliance with policies.

The role emphasizes sales conversations, product knowledge, and service quality across deposits, credit, and retirement products as part of daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and meet regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Handle client maintenance requests, problem resolution and sales functions.
• Contribute to meeting client service and branch sales targets.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists after consultative conversations.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Create a consistent client experience through courteous interactions.
