Truist is seeking a Regular associate to deliver outstanding client service in a retail banking setting in North Carolina. You will work to grow client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals to business partners.

The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties and supporting branch sales targets while maintaining high standards of compliance and service quality.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Experience in client sales and service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment and ongoing regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed client service and sales targets by offering products and services.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists as appropriate.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
