Truist is seeking aRegular teller/relationship associate to provide timely client transactions and service. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, outbound outreach, and promoting self-service banking options.

You will work to understand client financial needs, support the sales process, and participate in IRM initiatives while upholding internal controls and risk management policies.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend/extended hours and occasional travel may be required.

Aufgaben

• Provide a distinctive client experience across transactions and needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound outreach and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
