Qualifications

• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail, Financial Services, or other related industries.
• College degree or military equivalent.
• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, in person or by phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to enable convenient banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult clients on banking solutions and connect them with experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
