Chase is hiring an Associate Banker who represents our brand with hospitality, delivering exceptional client experiences and solutions. You will help clients achieve financial goals by sharing product knowledge and building trusted relationships.

Work includes welcoming clients, servicing accounts, and guiding them through Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Collaboration with the branch team is essential to meet client needs and branch success.

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience required.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
Ability to engage clients with clear, polite communication.
Ability to resolve client issues quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with team to deliver seamless service.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
Provide account servicing and opening of new accounts while following policies and regulations.
Assist clients with day-to-day transactions using technology self-service options.
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
