Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to exceed client expectations and deliver hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide attentive, welcoming service.
• Assist with account servicing, new accounts, and regulatory compliance.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships with clients and work with branch team to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in accordance with policies.
