Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and risk compliance.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Meet with clients in person and by phone to tailor product recommendations.
• Learn products quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices in line with policies.
