Chase is hiring an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and to deliver outstanding client experiences. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients reach their financial goals using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and in-branch solutions.

You will contribute to branch success by greeting clients, processing accounts, and guiding them through day-to-day banking while adhering to regulatory and bank policies.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to engage clients with clear and polite communication.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and promoting solutions with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices in line with bank policies.
