Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand in the branch, using friendly service and up-to-date financial technology to help clients feel welcomed and understood. You will greet guests, open accounts, educate clients on digital banking, and collaborate with the team to meet branch goals.

You will build lasting relationships by listening to client needs, answering questions, and guiding them through products with care and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.

• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and solution sharing.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
