Exchange Bank in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a front-line Relationship Banker to build lasting customer relationships and educate customers on our full range of products. You will handle teller transactions and new accounts, delivering a superior customer experience at every interaction.

The role emphasizes cross-selling opportunities by asking open-ended questions, servicing existing customers, and identifying loan products that meet their needs. Weekend and some evenings work is required.

Formación

• One year of banking, retail, or customer service experience.
• Confident communication with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings.
• Comfort with cash handling and banking principles.

Responsabilidades

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks and other transactions.
• Handle stop payments, funds transfers, address changes and account research.
• Educate customers on retail products and services.
• Support relationship servicing to nurture loyalty and acquire new business.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities through open-ended questions.
• Identify non-equity consumer loan products by assessing customer needs.
• Submit loan applications and forward packages to Consumer Lending.
