Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive client service by handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate clients on digital banking options and self-service tools.
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs for IRM opportunities.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and risk-management guidelines.
• Assist with new accounts and problem resolution as needed.
