Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
Ability to create memorable client experiences.
Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
Must meet risk and regulatory obligations and training requirements.
High school degree or foreign equivalent; licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and exceed their expectations - delivering attentive and friendly service.
Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust and understand needs.
Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Learn products and procedures and collaborate with experts to address complex needs.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
