Job summary

Truist is seeking an Universal Banker to deliver a distinctive client experience, performing standard and complex transactions while uncovering client needs. You will promote digital banking tools and assist with outbound outreach to support sales and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced branch environment. Weekend and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and handling transactions, including complex ones with help.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs for referral to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions for clients.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
