Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional client service, manage transactions, and uncover client needs. You will promote digital banking tools and support sales initiatives while maintaining compliance with controls.

The role requires weekend availability and potential travel; base salary ranges are provided with additional incentive pay. This position is based in the United States and includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC/keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinct client experience and handle complex and standard transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls; identify client needs and refer to branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution; handle workload based on branch needs.
