Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Universal Banker to provide exceptional client experiences and assist with daily branch operations. You will educate customers on digital banking tools and participate in team sales activities to identify client needs and opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outreach, offers checks, and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve product knowledge for clients.
• Adhere to controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, with branch support.
