Job summary

Truist is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to deliver a high-quality client experience while processing transactions and advising on digital banking solutions. You will support the sales process, assist with outbound calls, and promote Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Promote Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) solutions for clients.
• Participate in branch routines and ongoing knowledge trainings.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and risk management.
• Assist with new accounts and problem resolution as needed.
