Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to use PC and software applications for branch operations.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and adapt to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience across transactions and service requests.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in leadership routines and training to improve service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, staying updated on procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
