Truist Wealth in Wake Forest, NC seeks a regular teller to provide timely and efficient client transactions, maintain accurate records, and handle monies with care, while delivering superior service and identifying client financial needs.

The role includes educating clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile), supporting the sales process through outreach, and leveraging Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Advise on products and services at new accounts openings and resolve issues as needed.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay updated on procedures.
• Handle proportional volume of work based on branch demands.
