Truist Financial Corporation in North Carolina is seeking a teller/client service representative to provide timely and accurate transactions and deliver high quality service to clients. You will learn and apply scripts, process complex transactions, and educate customers on digital tools.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed to support branch staffing and service goals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and basic software.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate staffing needs and occasional locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours; some travel and overnights may occur.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standard transactions while identifying client needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities for referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue product and knowledge training to better serve consumers and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, managing workload per branch demands.
