Job summary

You will engage with clients, educate them on digital banking, and support outbound outreach to identify opportunities, while collaborating with branch teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekend/extensive hours

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and processing transactions with accuracy
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking
• Support team sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution
