Job summary

You will educate clients on digital banking, participate in outbound calls, support IRM initiatives, and collaborate with branch colleagues while maintaining compliance and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• 6 months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing as needed.
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours with possible travel.

• Provide a distinctive client experience to deliver consistent service.
• Educate clients on digital self-service and banking tools.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and apply it.

• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
