Job summary

Truist is hiring for a client service-focused role in North Carolina. The teammate will deliver industry-leading service in person and over the phone, develop client relationships, and meet sales targets by offering banking products. Cross-training may involve teller duties as needed.

Responsibilities include consultative conversations, referring complex needs to specialists, and staying current with policies while maintaining compliance. Weekend hours and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists to grow business.
• Assist with teller duties as needed and maintain branch operations.
