Truist is seeking a client-focused professional in Durham to deliver industry-leading service while developing and expanding client relationships. The role will cross-train to perform teller duties as needed and involves consultative discussions to identify lending options and opportunities for referrals to specialists.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, 4+ years of client sales and service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS checks.

Responsabilités

• Provide industry-leading client service and develop client relationships.
• Meet or exceed client service and sales targets through product recommendations.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Engage in branch leadership routines and sales initiatives.
• Stay informed on policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Lead within the branch to support sales and service goals.
• Offer courteous, proactive service and uncover client needs.
