Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation, located in High Point, NC, seeks a customer-focused Banker to provide timely and accurate client transactions while building relationships and offering digital self-service options. You will engage clients, uncover needs, and guide them to appropriate Truist products and services.

In this role you will support outbound outreach, participate in IRM activities, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile Banking.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and stay updated on product knowledge and policies.
