Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs
• Weekend/extended hours work may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure consistent service levels by engaging clients and conducting complex and standard transactions
• Educate clients on digital self-service like ATMs Online and Mobile banking
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise and solutions
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge through trainings and meetings
• Adhere to policies and risk management procedures and stay informed of changes
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution
