Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and appropriate state registrations and licenses are required; licensing via JPMorgan Chase program within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service and a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly, in person or by phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor financial recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs anywhere, anytime.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
