Job summary

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, educate clients about digital tools, and collaborate with specialists to meet complex financial needs, while complying with regulatory requirements. The role requires branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services with success in acquiring clients and growing relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions with clients, tailoring product benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licenses such as SIE, Series 6, state registrations may be required.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
