Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Meet clients in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Learn products quickly to consult on banking solutions and refer to experts as needed.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices in line with bank policies.
