Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet training and compliance obligations.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. Licensing must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and refer to specialists as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
