Job summary

You will educate clients on Chase technology, collaborate with specialists, and ensure adherence to banking regulations. The role requires weekend/evening hours and ongoing licensing readiness.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits to client needs.
• Ability to maintain compliance with risk and regulatory obligations and complete required training.
• SIE, Series 6, state licenses and NMLS/Safe Act requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly, and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on tech solutions (Chase Mobile, Chase.com) and connect them to experts.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
