Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Operate within established risk parameters and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing must be pursued within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
