Qualifications

• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to build trust.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to tailor features and benefits to clients with varying needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to specialists as needed.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
