Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent the brand with hospitality and leverage banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to address needs and simplify lives, contributing to branch success.

You will engage clients in person and over the phone, educate them on technology, and collaborate with experts to tailor recommendations while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while following risk guidelines.
• Knowledge of banking products and services to tailor recommendations.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, Series 6, state registrations; license within 180 days if not already.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Educate clients about technology like mobile apps and online banking.
• Learn products, procedures, and regulatory requirements; connect clients to experts when needed.
