Qualifications

• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training including compliance obligations.

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor recommendations.

• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients and connect them to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
