Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring products to client needs.
• Ability to meet risk and compliance obligations, including training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and address client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with team support.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
