Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistency in service.
• Must meet regulatory requirements; completion of required training and licenses via JPMC program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and tailor banking solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
