Qualifications

• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in person and by phone.
• Manage assigned clients, build lasting relationships, and tailor financial solutions.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and explain products and services.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with field experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
