Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and to acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using financial solutions. You will help clients address financial needs and enhance their banking experience through technology and expert guidance.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/evenings. Regulatory training and required licenses must be obtained.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong problem-solving to resolve client issues with accuracy.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE, Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists for needs.
