Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service and build lasting relationships across the branch network. You will represent the brand with hospitality, use banking solutions, and collaborate with experts to address financial needs.

The role requires selling and service experience, licensing requirements or willingness to obtain, and ability to work weekends/evenings. You’ll participate in risk/compliance training and benefit from a comprehensive rewards

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to meet risk, compliance, and training requirements.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Use clear consultative communication to understand needs and offer solutions.
• Educate clients on technology like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
