You will greet clients, assess financial needs, and present tailored banking solutions using Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs. Responsibilities include building lasting relationships, guiding clients through products, and collaborating with specialists to address complex financial needs while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and risk

Qualifications

• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to tailor products and services.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with banking regs.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in consultative communication to build trust and understand client needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
