Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. in Chicago seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver hospitality, advise on banking solutions, and build lasting client relationships. You will meet clients, explain products, use Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to assist them, and ensure compliance. 1+ year sales in financial services and licensing readiness are preferred; weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required) and Life licenses; license path via JPMorganChase licensing program.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first; deliver attentive, friendly service and a welcoming environment.
• Manage clients, meet in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate and connect clients to Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
