Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, acquire and manage client relationships, and provide thoughtful banking solutions. The role emphasizes customer service, financial knowledge, and leveraging digital tools to enhance client experience.

Candidates should have a background in retail banking sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits to diverse clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail and consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent, required.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained via JPMorganChase program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with the team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
