Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional hospitality and financial guidance in a branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using Chase’s banking solutions and digital tools, while upholding regulatory standards and company values.

You will educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs, contributing to branch success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
• Proven ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• The SIE, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities
